For 10 weeks, you’ll have private, personalised support to help you manage your nutrition, movement, mindset, and emotional eating through real life...not despite it.
You’ll be coached hard. You’ll be held to a higher standard. You’ll be supported properly - not just with a plan, but with the accountability and course-correction you need to actually follow through.
What it isn’t:
This isn’t a passive programme where you hide inside a Facebook group and hope for the best. This isn’t a post-summer panic plan, a detox, or a crash diet designed to undo the “holiday damage” and leave you back at square one by Christmas.

You’ll have three private check-ins per week so you’re never left wondering if you’re doing the right thing, and never left alone when motivation dips.
You’ll have access to your coach between check-ins so the second you hit a wobble, feel overwhelmed, or start second-guessing yourself, you’ll have real help, not radio silence.
You’ll have two private coaching calls to reflect, refocus, and keep pushing forward with a plan that evolves as life changes.
You’ll receive detailed weekly feedback so you’re not just told to “keep going”, but actually coached, corrected, and supported through every challenge you face.
You’ll get holiday planning, mindset coaching, and emotional eating support so life’s inevitable curveballs don’t knock you off track the way they always have before.

How much will it cost?
I believe in price transparency, so I’ll be upfront.
The 10-Week Turnaround isn’t one of our cheaper programmes. The investment will be no more than £50 per week - roughly the cost of a single in-person session with a personal trainer.
But while a PT session focuses on what you do for one hour in the gym, this programme is about the 23 other hours in your day - the hours that actually determine whether you succeed.
Because real fat loss isn’t won or lost during a workout - it’s decided in the small, daily choices you make when no one’s watching: what you eat when you’re tired, how you move when you're stressed, how you think when motivation disappears.
